Supporting effective philanthropy has always been my passion; I believe giving to charity should be an enjoyable experience. Yet, for too many of us, managing our charitable giving is becoming increasingly complex. With competing demands on our time, we can't always be as involved in giving as much we would like. It takes time to research and choose the right charities, to choose the right way to give, to check the tax implications, to manage competing approaches from multiple charities. All this can get in way of why we are giving: to make a difference to the causes we support. I set up the Good Works to change that.

I’ve been privileged to work with inspiring philanthropists who aren’t afraid to dream big or take risks. Having worked in both the grant-giving and charity operating side of the sector, I have extensive experience in not only how to give most effectively, but in how to remove the barriers to giving for philanthropists in a way that better supports charities too. With extensive knowledge and experience in philanthropy and systems change, I enjoy the challenge of supporting my clients to give in a way that is effective, efficient and enjoyable!
